# Friday Email Catalog Filter

## Goal
Suppress quarantined legacy recipes from every Friday recipe-bearing email while preserving historical meal-plan records and UI access.

## Tasks
- [x] Trace proposal, reminder, and finalization email item selection.
- [x] Filter each path through one active-recipe item helper.
- [x] Add mixed active/quarantined regression coverage for all three emails.
- [x] Run focused PostgreSQL tests, Python compilation, and scoped diff checks.

## Done When
- [x] Friday emails contain active recipes and no quarantined recipe names or ingredients.
- [x] Historical meal-plan rows and APIs remain unchanged.

## Verification
- `17 passed, 17 deselected` from the recipe-bearing orchestrator subset against disposable PostgreSQL.
- Python compilation and scoped `git diff --check` passed.
- Disposable database was dropped.
- Final read-only review found no P1/P2 issues.
- Production backend and scheduler were rebuilt and recreated; backend is healthy, scheduler is running, and both runtime images loaded the active-catalog filter.
