- Add BaseScraper with rate limiting, retries, session management
- Add LuckyCaliforniaScraper with Playwright for dynamic content
- Add ScraperService to save scraped items to grocery_item table
- Connect /api/admin/scrape to ScraperService
- Update ORIENTATION.md phase table
